What are pup’s hours?

We’re open M-F from 8:00am - 5:00pm, and S-S from 8:00am - 12:00pm. If you find yourself needing an earlier drop-off for your dog, we may sometimes be able to accommodate that if pre-arranged.

what do i need to provide before my dog’s first appt.?

We’ll need a couple of things:

1. The most recent/updated vaccination record

2. Veterinary contact information (in the event of an emergency)

3. Food, snacks (if you’d prefer using your own rather than the ones we offer) and/or medication needed

can we take a tour?

Yasss! We love having our customers take tours. Getting to see/experience where your dog(s) will be, is important to us. We have specific tour hours that are subject to change. This is set in place in an effort to not expose our dogs to too much “action” while minimizing over-stimulation.

do you offer monthly subscriptions?

It all began with an idea of exclusivity. Bring out the pop-collar members-only jackets! Yes. We have monthly membership packages that offer fun-filled engagement and 1 on 1 attention for your dog.

do you offer a discount for dog siblings?

We currently do not offer discounts for siblings. Although, once our boarding plans come into play, this may change!

do you offer drop-in care?

We absolutely do! Short notice? Yup!

As long as our maximum capacity is not exceeded, we’d be happy to care for your pup. We recommend giving us a shout just before you’re on your way.

ARE YOU A CAGE FREE FACILITY?

No cages for our pups. If you’re interested in private quarters, our VIP studios are perfect for getting to know one’s self. Happy to arrange this for your pup!

ARE FOOD AND TREATS PROVIDED?

We provide all pups with both food and treats through the duration of their stay. Whether it’s from some pretty trusted food brands that we offer or your own preferred food, your pup will be adequately fed and treated!

can i bring my own food and treats?

Of course! Just let us know your preferences, and we’d be delighted to fulfill them!

will pup be able to administer medicine to my dog?

Yes. We will carefully house your dog’s oral medication in a designated space assigned solely to your pup. Our staff will take the necessary measures to ensure that we administer appropriately and timely. You will also be notified via text/email as soon as your pup receives their meds. Refrigeration units dedicated to medicinal storage is also supplied for temperature-sensitive medication.

Get ready to see the cutest curated PUP Parties ever! Our team of PUP experts will execute the most adorable themed birthday for your dog and their friends! A proper PUP mixer - complete with fabulous decor, personalized entrees, treat bar access, games, toys and goodie bags for all of your attendees! Not to mention the adorable photo ops!
